• Items subject to normal wear and tear, including tubes, tires, and freno pads, are not covered under warranty.

Warranty Activation for Bikes Purchased Directly from Our Website:

• For bikes purchased directly from our website, the warranty is activated upon professional assembly.
• To activate your warranty, simply have your bike assembled at your local bike tienda. Once the assembly is complete, correo electrónico us a copy of the receipt at info@unknownbikes.eu, and we will activate your warranty.

Registration:

Registration is not required to activate your warranty, but it ensures your information is securely stored with us.
