I. General Information

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase and wyprzedaż of produkty and services between UNKNOWN GROUP s.r.o. The Purchaser may be a consumer (an individual acting for personal use) or an entrepreneur (an individual or entity acting for business purposes). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, including our Return Policy, wysyłka Policy, and Claims Procedure, as applicable at the time of purchase.

II. Pre-Contractual Information

  • Costs: Prices for goods and services on www.unknownbikes.eu are displayed including and excluding VAT, where applicable. wysyłka costs vary by method and are shown during kasa. No additional communication fees apply beyond your standard internet/telefon provider rates.
  • Payment: Full payment is required before dostawa unless otherwise agreed. We do not offer recurring contracts unless specified.

  • Contracts: Order confirmations and invoices are stored electronically and accessible via your account on our website.

III. Ordering and Agreement

1. Placing an Order

You may place orders via our website (www.unknownbikes.eu), email, or telefon. By adding items to your koszyk and completing kasa (selecting wysyłka and payment options), you wyślij an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance via email, forming a binding agreement.

Order details can be reviewed and edited before submission. We are not liable for data transmission errors.

We deliver goods to the adres you provide, retaining ownership until full payment is received. dostawa occurs via a selected carrier (see wysyłka Policy). Risk of loss passes to you upon receipt.

Inspect deliveries upon arrival. Report damages or discrepancies immediately to us and the carrier.

3. Pricing

Prices are final, including VAT and applicable fees, excluding wysyłka costs (shown at kasa). Promotional prices are valid while stocks last or for a specified period.

We reserve the right to anuluj orders with pricing errors and notify you accordingly.

IV. Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Online card payment (MasterCard/Visa)
  • PayPal

Goods remain our property until paid in full. Billing details cannot be changed after order submission.

For VAT-exempt purchases (0% VAT), dostawa is restricted to the registered business adres or authorized recipient with valid ID or power of attorney.

VI. Return and zwrot pieniędzy Policy

1. Consumer zwroty

Consumers may return goods within 14 days of receipt by:

  • Completing the return form on our website (www.unknownbikes.eu/zwroty)
  • Or sending written notice to: UNKNOWN GROUP s.r.o., Reklamace, Pražská 54, 280 02 Kolín II, Czech Republic

Return goods undamaged, in original packaging (if possible), with all accessories and documentation, at your expense, within 14 days of notifying us. For complete bicycles, include proof of professional assembly. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return, using the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made goods, perishable items, or services begun with your consent before the 14-day period ends.

You are liable for any diminished value due to improper handling. Gifts included with purchases must also be returned.

2. Refunds

Full refunds are issued unless goods are damaged beyond normal inspection. Partial refunds may apply if only part of the goods can be returned.

VII. Warranty and Claims

Goods are warranted free of defects upon dostawa for 24 months (consumers) unless otherwise stated (e.g., shorter for consumables or as indicated on packaging). Entrepreneurs may have different terms if specified on the produkt.

VIII. Personal Data
