Return & Exchange Policy

1. devoluciones & Exchanges

We accept devoluciones for both defective and non-defective productos within 14 days of receipt. Exchanges are also disponible under the same conditions.

  • Condition of devoluciones & Exchanges: productos must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included.
  • Return envío: Customers are responsible for the cost of return envío unless the producto is defective.
  • Restocking Fees: No restocking fees apply.

2. Withdrawal Rights for Consumers

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving their order. This period starts on:

  • The day the goods are received (for single producto purchases).
  • The day the last item is received (for multi-producto shipments).
  • The day the first entrega is received (for ongoing contracts).

To initiate a withdrawal, consumers must complete and enviar the withdrawal form disponible on our website or enviar a written notice to:

Returned goods must be shipped at the consumer’s cost without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after withdrawal. The return must include all accessories, be undamaged, clean, and in original packaging where possible.

3. reembolso Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
  • If productos were shipped with gifts, these must also be returned. Failure to return gifts may result in an adjustment to the reembolso amount.

4. Exceptions & Limitations

A withdrawal or exchange may not be accepted if:

  • The producto has been used beyond necessary inspection for defects.
  • The producto was altered, damaged, or consumed by the customer beyond normal use.
  • The producto was resold before a defect was discovered.

Consumers are responsible for any decrease in producto value caused by improper handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functionality of the goods.
