Warranty
We build our bikes to be ridden hard, and we stand behind every product we sell. Your protection has two parts: the statutory legal guarantee that you always have by law, and an additional voluntary warranty from Unknown Bikes.
1. Statutory Legal Guarantee (2 Years)
- As a consumer, you are entitled to the statutory legal guarantee: we are responsible for any defect (lack of conformity) that becomes apparent within 2 years of delivery.
- This guarantee applies by law. It is not conditional on professional assembly, registration or any activation.
- To make a claim, email us at info@unknownbikes.eu with your order number and proof of purchase.
2. Additional Unknown Bikes Warranty
- On top of your statutory rights, Unknown Bikes offers an additional voluntary warranty for bikes purchased directly from our website. It does not replace or limit your statutory rights in any way.

To activate the full additional warranty:
- Have your bike professionally assembled at a bike shop.
- Email us a copy of the assembly receipt at info@unknownbikes.eu.
- We will confirm the activation of your additional warranty.
- Items subject to normal wear and tear, including tubes, tyres and brake pads, are not covered by the additional warranty.
3. 5-Year Frame Warranty
As part of the additional Unknown Bikes warranty, frames are covered by a 5-year warranty. The activation requirements in section 2 apply.
Registration
Separate product registration is not required, but it ensures your information is securely stored with us.
