I. General Information

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase and saldi of prodotti and services between UNKNOWN GROUP s.r.o. ("Seller," "we," "us"), a company registered in the Czech Republic (Company Reg. No. 04327896, VAT Reg. No. CZ04327896, registered office: Na Kuthence 5/831, CZ 160 00 Prague 6, Municipal Court in Prague, File No. 245979), and you, the purchaser ("Purchaser," "you").

The Purchaser may be a consumer (an individual acting for personal use) or an entrepreneur (an individual or entity acting for business purposes).   • Contracts: Order confirmations and invoices are stored electronically and accessible via your account on our website.

III. Ordering and Agreement

1. Placing an Order

You may place orders via our website (www.unknownbikes.eu), email, or telefono. By adding items to your carrello and completing cassa (selecting spedizione and payment options), you invia an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance via email, forming a binding agreement.

Order details can be reviewed and edited before submission. We are not liable for data transmission errors.

We deliver goods to the indirizzo you provide, retaining ownership until full payment is received. consegna occurs via a selected carrier (see spedizione Policy). Risk of loss passes to you upon receipt.

Inspect deliveries upon arrival. Report damages or discrepancies immediately to us and the carrier.

3. Pricing

Prices are final, including VAT and applicable fees, excluding spedizione costs (shown at cassa). Promotional prices are valid while stocks last or for a specified period.

We reserve the right to annulla orders with pricing errors and notify you accordingly.

IV. Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Online card payment (MasterCard/Visa)
  • PayPal

Goods remain our property until paid in full. Billing details cannot be changed after order submission.

For VAT-exempt purchases (0% VAT), consegna is restricted to the registered business indirizzo or authorized recipient with valid ID or power of attorney.

VI. Return and rimborso Policy

1. Consumer resi

Consumers may return goods within 14 days of receipt by:

Return goods undamaged, in original packaging (if possible), with all accessories and documentation, at your expense, within 14 days of notifying us. For complete bicycles, include proof of professional assembly. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return, using the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made goods, perishable items, or services begun with your consent before the 14-day period ends.

You are liable for any diminished value due to improper handling. Gifts included with purchases must also be returned.

2. Refunds

Full refunds are issued unless goods are damaged beyond normal inspection. Partial refunds may apply if only part of the goods can be returned.

VII. Warranty and Claims

Goods are warranted free of defects upon consegna for 24 months (consumers) unless otherwise stated (e.g., shorter for consumables or as indicated on packaging). Entrepreneurs may have different terms if specified on the prodotto.
